I was almost too impatient/hungry to assemble my first experimental crunchwrap with leftover @hotchickentakeover. But y'all it was absolutely worth the extra effort because this was the most perfect sunday comfort meal. 10/10, would recommend

HCT Crunchwrap recipe

things you’ll need:

2 large flour tortillas
hot chicken takeover (fresh or leftover)
1 tostada

My HCT order is Warm Boneless chicken & double Ma’s Mac plus the always free pickles and house ranch. I didn’t use the white bread that also comes with the order, cause tortilla, but do you. And if a side of Baked Beans or Ma’s Slaw is more your speed throw those in too. We’re not working with many rules around here.

Remember: take a large flour tortilla and using a tostada as a stencil, cut out a smaller, taco sized, tortilla. you can get two taco sized tortillas out of each tortilla if you do it right. aka don't stencil the tostada in the very middle of the tortilla.

The stacking order: your large tortilla, boneless chicken (diced up), tostada (smeared with ranch), pickles, Ma’s Mac, and then your taco sized tortilla

Fold up the sides of the larger tortilla onto the smaller tortilla and place in a superheated pan for that crispy outside
